Introduction
Both Federal and Provincial Governments have enacted/amended many labour laws post Eighteenth Constitutional Amendment to till recent year. In this connection many problems and complications are aroused. Since the enaction of Labour Laws on Provincials Level various complex issues are raised and needs to be addressed legally. Many Labour Laws matters went in litigation for interpretation of statute and still numerous cases are pending before Judiciary for redressal and interpretation.
Organisations are facing huge problems in the wake of new legislations and there after effects, many new labour laws are creating differences between Federal and Provincies. Some landmark and important Judgements are set legal principle for future redressal of issues.
In this workshop participants will highlight major core hot issues of current Labour Laws and will find the remedies as well strategies to handle in a better way and organisation be prepared for mitigating the legal risks and also to adopt best practices.
