INTRODUCTION
Contract Employment and Contract Labour Management remain difficult for corporate sectors in view of maintaining legal compliance and to know how its legal position. Post 18th Constitutional Amendment the situation became more critical after promulgation of new labour legislations as well as also superior courts verdict on contract labour put legal responsibility on employer and also arose legal questions in that regard. Superior Courts also set dictum in various Judgements relating to Contract Labour and their rights.
